Drug contraindications

Accutane should not be taken by people who suffer from the following diseases:

  • liver failure;
  • hypervitaminosis A;
  • hyperlipidemia.

Also, the drug is contraindicated in combination with drugs, which contain tetracycline. The medicine can not be used by pregnant women, adolescents under 12 years of age, patients who have allergy to the substances of the drug. Accutane should be used with caution in case of diabetes, obesity, abnormal lipid metabolism, as well as during the depression and alcohol dependence.
