Children from 2 to 6 years should be given 5 mg per day. Child of 1-2 years should take 2.5 mg of Sirtica twice a day, and kids from six months to 1 year – 2.5 mg 1 p/day.

Contraindications of the drug

  • Accute hepatic or renal failure
  • Pregnancy and lactation period
