These leaders assume a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of participants and delivering captivating workshops. To be eligible for this challenging yet gratifying position, candidates must demonstrate a proven dedication to youth development, possess relevant educational experience (preferably with high school students), and showcase a commitment to conflict transformation and leadership education. Essential qualifications include robust facilitation and public speaking skills, cross-cultural experience, and humility. Moreover, aspiring leaders must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, and successfully pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities of Leaders:
